Course Content
This course is essential for those supervising the handling and preparation of food and covers bacteriology, bacterial food poisoning, food borne infection, non-bacterial food poisoning, food contamination and its prevention, personal hygiene, food storage and temperature control, food preservation, design, construction and maintenance of food premises, cleaning and disinfection, pest control, hazard analysis and legislation.
Entry Requirements
Candidates must hold a recent Elementary Food Hygiene certificate.
