Customer service is important in any job and scenario, therefore, this course could be of interest to just about anybody, though it is particularly of interest who are looking to work in a customer service or sales role.
The course will include a World Host Customer Service qualification, presentation skills, sales and Customer Record Management IT packages and the Higher National Customer Service unit. Presentation from local employers and possibly a work placement are being considered.
Students will access their learning materials online via the College's Virtual Learning Environment or paper-based learning materials
This course is self directed but with tutor support so you can learn at your own pace within an agreed timescale.

This Modern Apprenticeship will equip you with customer service skills, which can be used across a wide range of job roles and organisations and provides you with the opportunity to learn about customer service within the best guidelines.
